FIRST STEP

Okay, Lets starting with the most easy way, hmm... if you are new in the internet world, lets find out what is good and what is bad in this cyber world, you wont to get scammed right?, hahaha if you get an internet lesson on class or school... lets forget it, thats just a theory... this is the real world!
the first is examine the purpose of the internet for your life, how much is the internet take a part on your life, my advice is dont to be an internet freak! spending 24hours a day stand in front of your PC's... at least those activities can bring the bad effect for your eye's and brain... and I'm sure you wont to be something like that.... if you are an internet users and your internet data plan is based on the time, you should find something thats usefull for your life, at least it brings something benefit to you.... dont waste your time and money with something that is useless.... of course if you are a dumb thats a different story.....^^
The second part is the coverage,... lets remember, if you are an internet noobs just think about,... internet is unlimited, you can get everything from here.... even you can be jailed because of the interet,.... wont you? so lets read my next article carefully
